PitchProof is a web app (AI + traditional) that stress-tests startup pitch decks and valuation narratives against what investors actually ask. Upload a deck (PDF), enter a few company metrics, and the app generates a structured “due-diligence preview”: missing slides, unclear claims, inconsistent numbers, weak market sizing logic, and valuation red flags. It also produces a prioritized fix list and a set of likely investor questions tailored to your stage and industry. The AI doesn’t invent data; it flags where evidence is missing and suggests what proof to add (customer quotes, pipeline stats, retention cohorts, pricing tests). A lightweight valuation sanity check compares your assumptions to public comps and typical stage ranges, then explains the gap in plain English. This is not a magic fundraising tool—just a brutally practical pre-meeting QA layer that reduces embarrassing mistakes and improves clarity.
