PitCrewOps is a mobile + web app for grassroots and semi-pro racing teams to standardize, time, and improve pit stop execution. Most teams rely on memory, vibes, and a few GoPro clips; this app turns pit practice into measurable reps. Record each stop with phone cameras, auto-tag key events (jack up/down, wheel off/on, fuel connect/disconnect), and generate split times per role. Build repeatable checklists for different series rules, track penalties (unsafe release, speeding, fueling errors), and keep a simple crew roster with role assignments and availability. It also logs consumables and tools so you stop showing up missing a torque wrench or the right socket. This is not a magic “win races” tool; it’s a practical operations tracker that saves time, reduces mistakes, and makes practice actually translate to race day.
