PivotMap

PivotMap is a web app (with optional desktop wrapper) for lightweight scenario planning that doesn’t require consultants or a full strategy department. Users define a base plan, then build 3–7 plausible scenarios by adjusting a small set of drivers (demand, pricing, churn, hiring, supply delays, FX, regulation). The app generates a clear impact view: runway, cash, headcount, revenue, and operational constraints, plus a “trigger dashboard” that tells you what to watch weekly. It includes a decision log so teams can record assumptions, thresholds, and what they’ll do if a trigger is hit. It’s an AI-assisted app: AI helps draft scenarios, summarize risks, and propose leading indicators, but the user must confirm every assumption. The goal is practical judgment support, not fancy simulations that nobody trusts.
