PivotMatrix is a web app (with optional desktop export) for teams who need scenario analysis that doesn’t collapse into messy spreadsheets. Users define key drivers (price, demand, churn, FX, staffing, lead times), set ranges and correlations, and generate scenario trees plus Monte Carlo distributions to see downside risk and breakpoints. It produces decision-ready outputs: probability of missing targets, cash runway under stress, and “what must be true” assumptions for each plan. Every scenario is versioned, with a clear audit trail of inputs, sources, and approvals—useful for finance committees and board decks. It integrates with Google Sheets/Excel and common data sources (Stripe, QuickBooks, Snowflake) but stays lightweight: you can start with manual inputs in 30 minutes. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps suggest drivers, detect inconsistent assumptions, and draft narrative summaries, but calculations remain transparent and user-controlled.
