PlanLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for building credible climate transition plans that tie targets to actual projects, capex/opex, and accountable owners. It helps sustainability and finance teams translate “net-zero by 2040” into a sequenced roadmap: initiatives, abatement estimates, costs, dependencies, and governance. The app produces board-ready artifacts (plan narrative, KPI tables, and audit trail) and keeps them updated as assumptions change (energy prices, grid factors, supplier data). It includes an AI-assisted drafting layer to speed up plan writing and scenario comparisons, but the core value is structured data, versioning, and evidence linking (contracts, invoices, meter data, supplier attestations). It’s designed for mid-market companies that can’t afford big consulting retainers yet still face customer, lender, and regulator scrutiny.
