PlanogramIQ is a mobile + web app that helps store teams verify shelf compliance fast using phone photos. Associates snap a few aisle images; the system compares what’s on the shelf to the intended planogram and flags missing facings, wrong placements, and out-of-stocks. It generates a prioritized task list (fix top revenue items first), tracks completion, and produces simple compliance reports for managers and brand reps. This is not magic: accuracy depends on decent lighting, clear labels, and a maintained product catalog. The MVP focuses on a narrow set of categories (e.g., beverages or health) to keep recognition reliable and onboarding manageable. The goal is to reduce “phantom inventory” and execution gaps that retailers already know are costing them money, without requiring expensive dedicated hardware.
