Users scan a room, the app detects walls, doors, windows, and fixed elements, then outputs a scaled plan with suggested circulation paths and furniture zoning templates (office, retail, residential). It’s not a full CAD replacement; it’s a speed tool for getting from “messy site visit” to “workable layout” in under an hour. Export options include DXF/SVG/PDF plus a shareable web link for client review and comments. The AI assists with object detection, wall cleanup, and auto-dimensioning, while the editing UI stays intentionally simple to avoid the complexity trap of pro tools.
