PlaybookForge

PlaybookForge is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that helps organizations capture expert decision-making as structured, auditable playbooks. Instead of dumping docs into a wiki, teams build step-by-step decision trees with required inputs, guardrails, and escalation rules. The system then guides frontline staff through the playbook, asks only the necessary questions, and produces a recommended action with citations to the underlying policy, past cases, and owner-approved rationale. It includes versioning, approvals, and change logs so compliance-heavy teams can trust what’s deployed. An AI assistant can propose an initial playbook from existing SOPs, tickets, and call transcripts, but humans must review and publish. This is not a “chatbot that guesses”; it’s a controlled expert system that reduces mistakes, speeds onboarding, and makes decisions consistent across shifts and locations.
