PlaybookLint

PlaybookLint is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that audits internal best-practice docs and SOPs for clarity, completeness, and usability. Teams upload or connect their knowledge base (Google Docs, Confluence, Notion), and the app flags common failure points: missing prerequisites, undefined terms, outdated screenshots, ambiguous steps, no owner, no review date, and steps that can’t be verified. It then generates a “fix list” with suggested rewrites, checklists, and acceptance criteria, plus a lightweight workflow to assign owners and schedule reviews. This is an AI-assisted app, but it stays practical: it scores documents against a transparent rubric and requires human approval before publishing changes. The goal isn’t to create more content—it’s to make existing guidance executable, searchable, and consistently maintained so new hires and operators stop guessing.
