PlayPulse
PlayPulse is a mobile app that gives kids short, safe, real-world play challenges they can do indoors or outdoors—think “sock basketball,” “shadow tag,” “pillow fort engineering,” or “5-minute dance-off.” Parents set boundaries (space available, noise level, supervision, allergies, weather), and the app generates age-appropriate missions with simple rules, timers, and optional printable scorecards. Kids earn badges for variety and consistency, not for spending longer in-app. A lightweight parent dashboard shows activity mix (movement, creativity, social play) and suggests weekend “mini-tournaments” for siblings or friends. It’s not a miracle cure for inactivity, but it’s a practical nudge that reduces “I’m bored” moments and lowers the effort parents spend inventing ideas on the fly.
