PlaytestNexus

PlaytestNexus is a web app (with optional desktop companion) for indie and small-studio game designers to recruit playtesters, schedule sessions, and capture structured feedback tied to specific builds. It combines traditional tooling with light AI: you upload a build link (Steam keys, itch.io, TestFlight, APK), define research goals, and generate a short task script and survey. During sessions, testers can drop timestamped notes, clips, and bug-like issues without needing Jira. Afterward, the app clusters feedback into themes (UX confusion, difficulty spikes, onboarding drop-offs) and produces a prioritized “next actions” list with evidence links. The honest reality: it won’t replace Discord communities or full QA suites, but it can remove the chaos of scattered DMs, Google Forms, and unsearchable video recordings. Pricing targets teams that can’t justify a dedicated user-research stack but still need repeatable playtesting.
