PleaPulse

PleaPulse is a web app (with optional Outlook/Gmail add-ins) that turns messy litigation calendars into a defensible, auditable deadline system. It ingests court dockets (PDF/HTML), orders, and stipulations, then extracts key dates, triggers (service, filing, notice), and jurisdiction-specific rules to propose deadlines with confidence scores. Users review, approve, and push deadlines to their firm calendar with matter-level permissions and a full change log. The product focuses on the unglamorous reality: most firms already have calendars, but they fail at capturing rule-based deadlines, tracking changes, and proving who knew what when. PleaPulse doesn’t try to “do litigation” end-to-end; it does one thing: deadline risk reduction with evidence. It includes escalation workflows, coverage when staff are out, and weekly “at-risk matters” reports for partners and legal ops.
