This web app (with a lightweight mobile companion for staff) centralizes pledge commitments, schedules automated but human-sounding reminders, and reconciles incoming payments against pledges to flag gaps early. It also generates board-ready reports showing pledge aging, forecasted cash flow, and donor follow-up status. It’s a traditional app with AI assist: AI drafts reminder emails/SMS in the org’s voice, suggests next-best follow-up actions, and summarizes donor history for staff before outreach. It’s not glamorous, but it targets a boring operational leak that quietly hurts budgets every month.
