PledgeProof is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that helps conservation nonprofits raise more money by proving where funds go—without drowning staff in reporting. Donors increasingly distrust vague “save wildlife” claims, and small orgs can’t afford heavy M&E tools. PledgeProof lets an org create a fundraising campaign with a simple impact ledger: photos, GPS-tagged field notes, receipts, and milestone check-ins. An AI assistant turns messy field uploads into donor-ready updates, monthly summaries, and grant-style impact reports, while flagging missing evidence and inconsistencies. Donors get a clean timeline showing what happened after they gave, plus optional “follow the project” notifications. The app integrates with Stripe for donations and can generate shareable, public campaign pages. It’s not trying to be a full CRM—just the proof layer that increases conversion and retention.
