PlugGuild

PlugGuild is a web + mobile app that turns introductions into a measurable, fair exchange. Users create a simple “who I can introduce” graph (roles, industries, regions) and a “who I need” list. When you request an intro, the app matches you with members who can help and shows a reciprocity score, so the network doesn’t get drained by takers. Intros are routed through lightweight templates and tracked outcomes (accepted, meeting booked, hire, deal, partnership) to build reputation. The network effect comes from compounding utility: more members means more reachable nodes and higher success rates, while reputation and reciprocity keep quality from collapsing. It’s not trying to replace LinkedIn; it’s a private, incentive-aligned layer for communities (accelerators, alumni groups, operators, niche professional orgs) to actually activate their networks without spam.
