PlugSpec

PlugSpec is a web app for platform teams to design, govern, and ship third‑party integrations with less chaos. It centralizes “integration contracts” (scopes, webhooks, rate limits, data schemas, SLAs, and versioning rules) and generates a partner-ready package: OpenAPI specs, webhook event catalogs, SDK stubs, and a test sandbox. It also enforces platform guardrails: approval workflows, security reviews, deprecation timelines, and backward-compatibility checks before anything reaches production. The goal is not to replace your API gateway or docs site; it’s to stop integration sprawl and broken partners caused by ad-hoc decisions across product, engineering, and BD. Expect a steep enterprise-ish sales cycle and lots of customization requests—this only works if you keep the product opinionated and focused on contract governance, not “all of API management.”
