PluralPulse
PluralPulse is a web + mobile app that helps schools, workplaces, and community groups run structured, secular, values-based dialogue without turning into a shouting match. It provides short, moderated discussion “sessions” (15–30 minutes) on real issues—religious accommodation, free speech, dress codes, holidays, dietary needs—using evidence-based facilitation prompts and clear ground rules. Participants answer anonymous pre/post questions to track sentiment shifts and perceived fairness. Organizers get a dashboard showing where tensions cluster, which policies trigger friction, and which interventions actually improve trust. The app includes a policy library with neutral templates (e.g., prayer spaces, scheduling, harassment definitions) and a “what to do next” playbook when a session flags high risk. It’s not a social network; it’s a guided process tool with reporting that leadership can act on.
