PlushAudit

PlushAudit is a mobile + web app that helps collectors and resellers reduce the risk of buying counterfeit plush and figurines. Users upload a short photo set (tags, stitching, seams, paint details, packaging, and any serial/QR marks). The app guides the shots with an on-screen checklist, then runs an AI-assisted comparison against known reference patterns and community-verified listings to produce a risk score and a plain-English report (e.g., “tag font mismatch,” “common bootleg seam pattern,” “paint mask edge inconsistent”). Sellers can attach the report to listings to build buyer trust; buyers can request a “pre-purchase check” link. It also stores your collection with purchase price, condition notes, and a simple resale calculator. This isn’t magic: it won’t guarantee authenticity, but it can catch obvious fakes and reduce costly mistakes.
