The app generates care reminders based on material (e.g., faux fur, felt, vinyl) and environment (humidity, sunlight exposure), and provides a “condition timeline” that’s useful for insurance, resale listings, or just keeping favorites in good shape. It also includes a lightweight damage triage guide (what to do immediately for mold, smoke smell, color bleed) and lets users export a shareable PDF report with photos and timestamps. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps auto-fill item details from photos and suggests care steps, but the core value is structured logging and reminders.
