PoachProof

PoachProof is a mobile + web AI-assisted patrol intelligence app for wildlife rangers and conservation NGOs. Rangers log patrol tracks, snares found, gunshots heard, carcasses, and community tips—offline-first on low-end Android devices. The web console aggregates data across teams and automatically produces weekly “hotspot” maps, patrol route suggestions, and simple risk scores based on recent incidents, terrain, access routes, and seasonality. It also generates printable briefing sheets and shift checklists for supervisors who still operate on paper. The app focuses on practical operations: faster debriefs, consistent evidence capture (photos, GPS, timestamps), and reducing duplicated coverage. It’s not a magic poaching predictor; it’s a workflow tool that makes limited ranger time measurably more effective and auditable for donors. Integrations are optional: export to CSV/GeoJSON for GIS teams and basic API hooks for existing conservation databases.
