PointExpiry is a mobile + web app that tracks loyalty points, rewards certificates, and promo credits across major programs and local merchants, then warns users before value disappears. Users forward loyalty emails, connect supported accounts, or scan/enter balances manually; the app normalizes expiration rules (hard expiry, inactivity resets, tier downgrades) into a single timeline. It also suggests the cheapest “save” actions (e.g., small qualifying purchase, partner transfer) and flags when redemption value is poor versus cash. The MVP focuses on a handful of high-volume programs and email-based ingestion rather than brittle scraping. A simple dashboard shows total value at risk this month, upcoming expirations, and one-tap reminders. Monetization is a freemium model: free tracking for limited programs, paid for unlimited programs, family sharing, and advanced alerts.
