PolicyBotKit is a web app that lets regulated businesses build customer-facing chatbots that are constrained by approved policies, disclaimers, and escalation rules—without writing code. Instead of “train on everything,” teams upload a small set of sanctioned documents (policies, FAQs, product sheets), define forbidden topics, and set mandatory phrases (e.g., medical/financial disclaimers). The builder generates conversation flows, guardrails, and handoff triggers to humans. It includes an audit log that records what the bot answered, which source snippet it used, and why it escalated. The goal is to reduce support load while lowering legal and brand risk. This is an AI app + traditional app combination: AI for answer generation and classification, traditional logic for policy enforcement, routing, and reporting. It integrates with common helpdesks and can be embedded on websites or inside customer portals.
