PolicyDiff monitors the terms, privacy policies, and pricing pages of the SaaS tools your company relies on, then flags meaningful changes with plain-English summaries and risk scores. Instead of dumping a redlined PDF on legal, it highlights what actually changed (data retention, model training rights, indemnity, arbitration, subprocessor lists, price increases) and routes alerts to the right owner in Slack/email. It keeps an audit trail so procurement and security can prove they reviewed changes, and it can generate a short internal “impact note” for stakeholders. This is an AI app plus traditional app: AI handles change detection, summarization, and classification; the product wraps it with integrations, workflows, and reporting. Realistically, it won’t replace lawyers, but it will prevent teams from missing silent updates that create compliance or cost surprises.
