PolicyDrill

PolicyDrill is a secure web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps national-security organizations prove that critical directives are understood, acknowledged, and executed—without relying on messy email chains or static PDFs. Admins publish time-bound policy updates, attach required actions, and assign them to units or roles. Users complete short attestations, checklists, and scenario-based micro-drills that verify comprehension (not just “read”). The system tracks acknowledgments, overdue items, and exceptions, generating audit-ready evidence for inspections and internal reviews. It also supports controlled distribution: need-to-know groups, automatic expiry, and revocation when guidance changes. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps convert long memos into structured tasks, quiz questions, and risk flags, but humans approve everything before release. Realistically, sales cycles are slow and security requirements are heavy, but the value is concrete: fewer compliance gaps and faster readiness reporting.
