PolicyForge

PolicyForge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for economic development agencies to manage industrial policy programs like grants, tax credits, cluster initiatives, and supplier development. It centralizes program design, eligibility rules, application intake, scoring, award tracking, and outcome measurement (jobs, wages, exports, capex, local content). The AI layer helps draft program guidelines, detect inconsistent criteria, flag likely fraud or double-dipping, and generate plain-language public dashboards. It also benchmarks your program against similar ones (where data is available) and forces disciplined evaluation: baseline, counterfactual assumptions, and post-award reporting schedules. This is not a “magic growth” tool—it's operational plumbing that most agencies still run in spreadsheets and email. The goal is fewer delays, fewer political embarrassments, and clearer evidence of what actually worked.
