PolicyNudge is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that helps HR teams roll out policies and training in a way employees actually read and acknowledge. Instead of dumping long documents, HR breaks policies into short “nudges” (1–3 minute cards) with a single question or scenario, then schedules them over time. The app tracks comprehension via micro-quizzes, captures attestations, and produces audit-ready reports for regulators, clients, or internal risk teams. It also detects where policies are failing in practice by flagging departments with low completion, repeated wrong answers, or high “I’m not sure” responses. This is not a magic culture-fixer; it’s a compliance and clarity tool that reduces avoidable incidents caused by ignorance or ambiguity. AI helps summarize policy text into cards and generate scenario questions, but HR approves everything before sending.
