PolicyNudge

Remote teams quietly accumulate “shadow rules” in Slack threads, Notion pages, and random docs. PolicyNudge is a web app (with Slack/Teams integration) that turns scattered decisions into a lightweight, trackable policy hub. It watches specified channels/spaces for decision-like language (e.g., “from now on…”, “we should…”, “policy is…”) and prompts an owner to confirm, publish, or discard. Confirmed policies become short, searchable cards with effective date, scope, owner, and review cadence. The app then nudges the right people to acknowledge changes and flags stale or conflicting policies. It also provides an audit trail for “who decided what and when,” which matters for onboarding, compliance-lite needs, and reducing repeated debates. This is an AI + traditional app: AI suggests candidates and summaries; humans approve to avoid hallucinated rules.
