PolicyPatch

PolicyPatch is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that turns messy, outdated AI usage policies into audit-ready, role-specific rules and workflows. Companies are rushing to adopt LLMs, but most have vague “don’t paste secrets” guidance that fails under real scrutiny. PolicyPatch ingests your existing policies, security standards, vendor contracts, and a short questionnaire, then generates a tailored AI governance pack: acceptable-use rules, data classification guidance, model/vendor approval flow, DPIA-style risk templates, and employee training snippets. It also tracks “policy drift” by monitoring new AI tools requested by teams and flags conflicts (e.g., using a non-approved model for regulated data). This is an AI app plus traditional workflow software: the AI drafts and maps requirements; the product enforces approvals, attestations, and evidence collection. It’s not magic—legal review is still required—but it cuts weeks of busywork and reduces embarrassing gaps.
