PolicyPatch

PolicyPatch is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that helps small-to-mid platforms keep moderation consistent when rules change. Instead of rewriting guidelines in docs that nobody reads, you version your policies like releases, attach concrete examples, and push “policy patches” to moderators and automated filters. The app tracks who acknowledged changes, flags edge cases that need new examples, and measures drift: where moderators disagree or where automation is over/under-enforcing after each update. It also provides a lightweight appeal workflow so you can see which policy lines generate the most reversals. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI suggests missing examples, clusters confusing cases, and drafts change summaries, but humans still approve every patch. It’s not a full moderation suite; it’s the glue that keeps decisions aligned as you scale.
