PolicyPatcher is a web + desktop app that keeps internal docs (SOPs, runbooks, onboarding guides, security policies) from silently drifting out of date. It connects to your knowledge base (Notion/Confluence/Google Drive) and your work systems (Jira/Linear/GitHub) to detect when reality changes—new tools, updated workflows, renamed teams, deprecated links—and flags the exact sections likely impacted. An AI-assisted review mode proposes small, track-changes edits with citations to the triggering source (ticket, PR, incident, or announcement), then routes updates to the right owner for approval. You get an “accuracy score” per document, automated link rot checks, and a lightweight quarterly attestation workflow for compliance. This is not a generic note app; it’s maintenance automation for documentation that teams already have but don’t maintain.
