PolicyPing is a web + mobile security awareness app that converts your company’s actual security policies into short, trackable micro-lessons and “proof-of-understanding” check-ins. Instead of generic phishing quizzes, it ingests policy text (acceptable use, password rules, data handling, vendor access) and generates weekly 2–3 minute scenarios tailored to each role (sales, finance, engineering). It then nudges users at the moment of risk: before sharing externally, when connecting a new SaaS tool, or when handling customer data. Admins get a simple dashboard that maps completion and comprehension to specific policy sections for audit readiness (SOC 2/ISO 27001). This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps transform policy language into scenarios and quizzes, but the product is built around compliance-grade tracking and reporting. It’s realistic: it won’t “stop breaches,” but it can measurably reduce policy violations and audit pain.
