PolicyPing

PolicyPing is a web app with optional mobile web that turns internal announcements (policy changes, security notices, HR updates) into trackable, auditable acknowledgements without becoming another chat tool. Admins publish a short update, attach the source doc, set who must acknowledge, and define a deadline. Employees get a single, lightweight inbox and can acknowledge in one tap, with a required “key point” micro-quiz for high-risk items (e.g., phishing, safety). The system generates compliance-ready reports by team, location, and manager, plus automated escalations when deadlines are missed. It integrates with Slack/Teams only for notifications, not conversation, to avoid competing with incumbents. The honest pitch: this is not for “engagement”; it’s for reducing legal, safety, and security exposure and ending the ‘we sent an email’ excuse.
