Instead of blasting posts into Slack/Teams and hoping for the best, admins create short “must-read” notices with a 30-second quiz or acknowledgment, set deadlines, and target specific groups (location, role, shift). The app tracks who received it, who opened it, who passed comprehension, and who needs escalation. It integrates with Slack/Teams for delivery, but keeps an auditable record outside chat noise. Managers get automated nudges and escalation paths, while employees get a clean inbox of only required items. It’s not a culture feed; it’s a compliance-grade communications layer that reduces “I didn’t see it” incidents and makes audits less painful.
