PolicyPing

PolicyPing is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that makes internal announcements, policy updates, and critical comms measurable. Instead of blasting emails and hoping, comms teams publish a short “ping” with required acknowledgement, a 2-question comprehension check, and a deadline. The app tracks reach by department, location, and role, flags non-responders automatically, and generates audit-ready reports for HR, compliance, and leadership. It also supports targeted follow-ups: managers get a weekly digest of only their team’s outstanding items, and employees see a clean inbox of what’s required vs. optional. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps rewrite dense policy text into plain-language summaries and creates quick comprehension questions, but the core value is accountability, tracking, and escalation. It’s not glamorous, but it solves a recurring organizational failure: “we told everyone” without proof.
