PolicyPinger

PolicyPinger is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that automates employee policy attestations and evidence collection for audits. Instead of dumping PDFs into a shared drive and hoping people sign, it turns each policy into a tracked workflow: assign to roles, set due dates, send escalating reminders, and capture a legally useful audit trail (who viewed, when, what version, and their attestation). It includes lightweight evidence requests (e.g., “upload screenshot of MFA enabled” or “confirm device encryption”) with structured fields so auditors can review quickly. A built-in compliance calendar maps recurring tasks (annual training, quarterly access reviews) to owners and produces an exportable “audit pack” in minutes. This is not a full GRC suite—it's the narrow, painful slice most SMBs actually fail at: getting timely, provable acknowledgments and evidence.
