PolicyPinger is an outbound email “pre-flight check” that sits between your inbox and Send. It scans drafts for common compliance and security mistakes: accidental PII/PHI, forbidden phrases, missing disclaimers, wrong recipients, and risky attachments (e.g., spreadsheets with SSNs). It works with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, applying lightweight, admin-defined rules plus optional AI classification for context (e.g., distinguishing a customer ID from a random number). Users get a clear, non-annoying warning with a one-click fix: redact, replace, add disclaimer, or confirm intent with an audit note. Admins get dashboards showing near-misses, repeat offenders, and which rules actually prevent incidents. This is not an email client; it’s a safety layer for teams that can’t afford “oops” emails but don’t want heavy DLP deployments.
