PolicyProbe

PolicyProbe is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that helps small and mid-sized companies document, audit, and continuously monitor their AI systems for ethics and safety compliance. It guides teams through lightweight, practical workflows: model inventory, intended-use statements, risk scoring, data provenance, bias checks, red-team prompts, and incident logging. It then generates regulator- and customer-ready artifacts (AI use policy, model cards, DPIA-style summaries, vendor risk assessments) and keeps them updated as models, prompts, and datasets change. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps draft documentation, summarize evidence, and flag likely gaps, but the product is built around checklists, approvals, and traceable audit trails. The goal is not “perfect safety”—it’s reducing avoidable exposure, shortening security/legal review cycles, and making AI governance doable without hiring a full compliance team.
