PolicyProbe

PolicyProbe is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that reviews AI product docs and workflows for ethics and compliance gaps before launch. Teams upload or paste model cards, PRDs, data sources, evaluation results, and user-facing copy. The app generates a structured “Ethics Readiness” report: likely harms, affected user groups, transparency issues, consent/data provenance red flags, and missing controls. It also produces actionable checklists mapped to common frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 23894) and creates Jira tickets with suggested mitigations and owners. This is an AI app plus traditional workflow tooling: the AI drafts findings, but the product is really the governance pipeline, evidence tracking, and audit trail. It’s designed for companies that don’t have a full-time AI ethics team and need something practical, not academic, to reduce risk and speed approvals.
