PolicyProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps schools and districts continuously verify compliance with their own academic and operational policies—grading rules, attendance thresholds, make-up work windows, IEP/504 accommodations checklists, assessment retake policies, and transcript requirements. Staff upload or connect data exports from the SIS/LMS, then PolicyProof runs rule-based checks and flags exceptions with clear evidence trails (who, what, when, which policy). It generates audit-ready reports for administrators and provides teachers a simple “fix list” that explains exactly what needs to change (e.g., missing accommodation documentation, grade change without required note, attendance coding mismatch). This is not a shiny dashboard; it’s a practical risk-reduction tool that saves time during audits, reduces parent disputes, and prevents costly compliance findings. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: rules drive decisions; AI helps map messy data fields and summarize issues.
