PolicyProof is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that continuously validates whether real-world access matches your intended identity policies across SaaS, cloud, and on-prem systems. Instead of relying on quarterly access reviews that everyone rubber-stamps, it pulls identity, group, and entitlement data from sources like Okta/Azure AD, AWS/GCP, and key SaaS apps, then runs daily “policy checks” (e.g., no dormant admins, separation-of-duties conflicts, least-privilege drift). It generates auditor-ready evidence packs with timestamps, change history, and who approved what. An AI layer helps translate plain-English policy statements into executable checks and flags anomalies with explanations, but the system remains deterministic and reviewable. The goal is not another IAM platform; it’s a verification and evidence engine that sits on top of what you already use and makes compliance and security teams stop guessing.
