PolicyProof is a web app (with optional Shopify/Stripe integrations) that reduces disputes and chargebacks by making your store’s policies provably shown, accepted, and retrievable. It generates a lightweight “policy receipt” at checkout: the exact return/shipping/cancellation terms displayed, the customer’s acknowledgment (checkbox + timestamp), and a tamper-evident record tied to the order. When a dispute happens, PolicyProof auto-builds an evidence packet (screenshots, policy version, customer acceptance, delivery events) formatted for Stripe, PayPal, and major card networks. It also alerts you when your policy language is likely to be rejected by issuers (too vague, conflicting, missing timelines) and suggests compliant rewrites. This is not a magic shield—fraud still exists—but it measurably improves win rates for “item not as described,” “canceled,” and “refund not received” disputes by tightening documentation and consistency across storefront, emails, and post-purchase pages.
