PolicyProof is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps claims teams verify coverage and key policy conditions in minutes, not days. Instead of digging through PDFs, endorsements, emails, and broker notes, users upload the policy pack and claim notice, then the app extracts limits, deductibles, exclusions, waiting periods, named insureds, locations, and key endorsements into a structured “coverage snapshot.” It flags missing documents, ambiguous wording, and common mismatch issues (wrong insured entity, wrong location, lapsed dates). It also generates a standardized coverage checklist and a defensible audit trail showing exactly which document sections support each extracted field. This is an AI + traditional app: AI handles document parsing and clause retrieval; deterministic rules and templates handle compliance-friendly outputs. It’s not a full claims system—just a sharp pre-triage tool that plugs into existing workflows.
