The AI layer summarizes changes between versions, generates plain-language “what changed” notices, and flags ambiguous language that commonly causes disputes. Employees sign on mobile in under a minute; managers get a dashboard showing who hasn’t acknowledged and automated reminders. It integrates with Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 for identity and with Slack/Teams for nudges.
