PolicyPulpit is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps religious organizations actually implement and evidence compliance for safeguarding, facility safety, and volunteer conduct policies. Most churches and faith nonprofits have policies in a Google Drive folder that nobody reads until something goes wrong. This app turns policies into short, role-based checklists, required acknowledgements, and recurring tasks (e.g., background check renewal reminders, two-adult rule attestations, incident reporting workflows). It stores time-stamped audit trails, training completion, and document versions so leaders can demonstrate due diligence to insurers, boards, and parents. It also includes a lightweight incident intake form that routes to the right leaders and locks records with permissions. It’s not a legal shield, but it reduces preventable failures and creates a clear paper trail. This is a traditional app with a small AI assist for summarizing policies into tasks.
