PolicyPulpit helps employees and HR teams navigate religious accommodation at work without turning every request into a legal fire drill. It’s a web app with an AI-assisted intake that asks a few structured questions (role, schedule constraints, practices, safety issues, union rules) and then generates a plain-language accommodation memo, a manager checklist, and a documentation packet. It also includes a searchable library of real policies and anonymized case summaries (not legal advice) organized by industry and country/state. For employers, it offers a lightweight workflow to track requests, deadlines, and outcomes, reducing “we forgot” failures that become lawsuits. For employees, it provides a step-by-step request builder and a secure place to store communications. The goal is pragmatic compliance and fewer conflicts, not activism.
