PolicyPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns intranet “must-read” pages into trackable, auditable acknowledgements without turning your wiki into a training LMS. Teams publish policies, runbooks, and critical updates as normal pages, then attach lightweight “ack + 2 questions” checks to confirm comprehension. It integrates with your existing wiki (Confluence, SharePoint, Notion, Google Drive links) via deep links and metadata, not by replacing it. Admins get dashboards showing who has viewed, acknowledged, and passed checks, plus reminders and escalation rules for overdue items. It also keeps an immutable audit trail for compliance and incident postmortems. This is an AI + traditional app: AI generates short comprehension questions and plain-language summaries, but humans approve before sending. Realistically, it won’t fix bad documentation culture—but it will reduce “I never saw that” excuses.
