PolicyPulse

PolicyPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps executive offices and reform units run public sector reform like a delivery program, not a slide deck. It centralizes reform initiatives, milestones, owners, dependencies, and evidence of completion (documents, links, audit trails). Dashboards show what’s on-track, blocked, or quietly stalled, and it forces teams to log “proof of progress” rather than status narratives. An AI layer can summarize weekly updates, flag inconsistent claims, and draft briefings for ministers or permanent secretaries. This is not a citizen engagement tool; it’s internal execution plumbing for governments that already have strategies but lack follow-through. Realistically, adoption will be slow without a strong champion, so the product is designed to start small: one ministry, one reform portfolio, and clear reporting outputs that leadership already demands.
