PolicyPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that turns employee advocacy into a compliance-safe, low-friction workflow. Instead of pushing generic “share this” links, it gives employees a curated feed of company-approved content with pre-cleared claims, required disclosures, and region-specific rules baked in. Employees can personalize within guardrails: the app highlights what can be edited, what can’t, and why. For regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public companies), it automatically attaches the right disclaimers and keeps an audit trail of approvals, edits, and posting history. Managers get real reporting: adoption by team, content performance by channel, and compliance exceptions. It also includes a lightweight “ask approval” flow for employee-created posts, reducing the back-and-forth that kills participation. This is not a growth hack tool; it’s a risk-reduction and participation tool.
