PolicyPulse

PolicyPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that helps small and mid-sized companies keep policies, attestations, and evidence continuously audit-ready. Instead of dumping PDFs into a folder, it maps each policy to specific controls (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA-lite checklists), assigns owners, and runs lightweight monthly “evidence nudges” (screenshots, logs, access reviews) with due dates. It includes an AI assistant that drafts policy updates, summarizes change impact, and flags gaps when a control has no recent evidence. The product is intentionally narrow: it does not try to be a full GRC suite. It focuses on making audits less painful by keeping a living evidence trail, clear accountability, and a single place to answer “who approved what, when, and why” without weeks of scramble.
