PolicyPulse is a web app (with optional desktop export tools) that helps government teams and policy consultants pressure-test draft policies using structured scenario modeling and evidence tracking. Users define objectives, affected populations, constraints, and implementation assumptions, then run “impact drills” across standard dimensions (equity, cost, enforceability, administrative burden, unintended consequences). The app generates a clear risk register, measurable KPIs, and an implementation checklist, while keeping every claim linked to a source (studies, prior legislation, internal memos). It’s not a magic “write my policy” tool; it’s a decision-support workspace that forces clarity, highlights missing data, and documents tradeoffs for audits and stakeholder reviews. Outputs include briefing notes, consultation summaries, and a versioned policy rationale that can be exported for cabinet/board packets.
